1.May this website know my financial info and then charge me illegally?

No.Impossible.You won't expose your financial info to us as your payment will be through Paypal.

We are outsourcing our receiving payment business to Paypal.

If you use creditcard to pay, your credit card bank will protect you from fraudulent.

2.Will any third party monitor and steal my financial info when I pay?

3.Is it possible that this website scams me won't send me the shoes after my payment?

You've got Paypal guarantee under Paypal Purchase Protection Program as your payment

will be through Paypal. If we scam you, Paypal will chargeback or you will get Paypal amends.

Note: Please contact us first and we'll reply within 48 hours. Some customers just think they are

scammed when they've got no reply several hours after they sent us an email. Don't be too worry.

4. Why won't your website ship my shoes immediately?

The address of your Paypal account may be unconfirmed. You need to add a creditcard to your Paypal

account to confirm your account. Otherwise we may request $50 extra fee.

5.International customers:

Canada or Australia, UK, France buy your shoes: Price are the same.

UK,France: The shipping cost is higher. please pay $50 extra.

Canada and Australia: The price is the same asUS.

Other countries: Contact us first before you buy. The price and shipping time may vary.

Alert:we can't ship to Micronesia,Portugal,Lithuania,Israel, Netherlands.

7.Are they brand new shoes or used ones?

They are brand new shoes. However, we do have some tried-once shoes returned by customers.

We will put them on sale and give you discount to buy. See onsale shoes, click here.

8. Will you ship the box with shoes also?

Usually not. Boxes are made of paper,which may be torn after long distance shipping.

So we better not ship the box. But if you request, we may ship you the box.

9.How long can I receive the shoes?

You'll get the shoes about 2 weeks. women's shoes 2 weeks.

10.Order process

1.You make a payment.

2.Our sales rep may find your order info within 24 hours.

3.Our sales rep will contact warehouse to send the shoes to our HQ.(men shoes 1-2 days;women shoes 1-3 days)

sometimes the shoes quality is not good enough, we may replace them which may cause a 3-5 days delay.

4.Our HQ ship the shoes to your place. (5-10 days)

Note : Dec.26-Jan.7 takes extra 10 days as of Christmas.

5. Shoes arrive. If you are not at your place when delivered, please pick your shoes with the deliver ticket at your

nearest post office asap. This delay is up to youself.

11. Is there any extra shipping fee?

No. We'll pay the shipping fee.

12. Is there a tracking number that I can check my shipping status?

Yes, usually we don't send it to you for convenience. But if you request, we'll tell you after

our shipping. You can track at.

A canadian customer T.N. once complained he didn't find any tracking number and doubt if he got scammed.

The reason is he went to www.usps.com, which is only for US customers.

13. Can women buy men's shoes?

Yes. Many women are as tall as men and their feet are almost the same size as men.

So they can also wear men's shoes. But we do have some special size shoes only for shorter women, click here.

Women shoes shipping time recently are a little longer, about 10 .

We're now preparing more women shoes.
